I ship worldwide. Orders to the USA are fulfilled and shipped from New Jersey, USA. All other international orders — including Europe, the ABC Islands, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia and the rest of the world — are shipped from Aruba via the Aruba Post Office.
Delivery times vary per region and depend on local postal services. Shipping to the USA, Canada, the EU, and the ABC Islands is generally reliable. For countries where the postal system is known for delays (for example Colombia), delivery is at your own risk.
Tracking is limited and in some cases international delivery may take up to 2 months.
From the USA
• Within the USA: usually 3–5 business days
• To Canada: usually 1–2 weeks
From Aruba
• To the Netherlands / EU: usually around 2 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks • To the ABC Islands: usually around 5 business days, but delays are possible depending on the local post office • To South America, Africa, Asia & Australia: timing varies greatly by country and local postal reliability — typically 2–8 weeks
Aruba is a small island and international post can be slow. Please allow the full 6 weeks before reporting a missing order.
Shipping rates are the same for all print sizes.
From the USA (New Jersey) (for U.S. customers):

Some countries may charge local customs fees or taxes — these are not included in the shipping cost.
If you're located in Aruba, pickup at OLA Gallery (Paseo Herencia Mall) is the only delivery option.
I do not offer local island shipping.
Your order will be ready for pickup within 5 working days — I prepare everything and drop it off at OLA on my regular gallery days. Many customers order now and pick up later, even during their next vacation.
If you’re leaving Aruba soon and need your order sooner than 5 working days, please email me at laura@clots.nl or message me after checkout. I’ll do my best to prepare it earlier if possible.
You can also pick up your order at one of my market locations if that’s more convenient:
Tuesday – Manchebo Beach Resort Market: usually 4–5 PM
Thursday – Paseo Herencia at OLA Gallery: 5–10 PM
Friday – Hyatt Regency Aruba Marketplace: 3–7 PM
Saturday – Paseo Herencia at OLA Gallery: 10 AM–2 PM

Yes! I ship worldwide. All international orders have arrived safely so far — but please keep in mind that delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal processing.
From Aruba, orders to Europe usually take around 2–4 weeks, and sometimes up to 6 weeks in rare cases.
From the USA (New Jersey), shipping times are shorter, usually between 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

Yes — tracking is optional depending on where your order ships from.
From Aruba
You can choose Tracked Shipping (+$3.00) at checkout.
Please note: tracking from Aruba is limited and does not always update reliably.
You can also choose Stamp Shipping (no tracking) — this option is very reliable and the most commonly used.
From the USA (New Jersey) All orders ship with standard tracking included ($6). Tracking within the USA works normally and updates reliably.
I’ll happily replace your print for free if it arrives damaged or gets lost — just send me a message with the details and a photo if applicable.
