Customer Care 💌

I put a lot of care into every order — from painting and printing to packaging and shipping. If you ever have questions about your order, shipping, or my artwork, you can always reach me at Laura@Clots.nl or via Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok (@ColoringLaura). I usually reply within a few days.

Privacy & Safety 🔒

Your privacy is important. Any information you share with me (like your name, email, or shipping address) will only be used to process and deliver your order. Payments are handled securely through trusted providers. I will never share or sell your personal details.

Wholesale Inquiries 🏝️

Are you a shop or gallery interested in carrying my art prints? I’d love to hear from you! Please email me at Laura@Clots.nl with some information about your store, and I’ll get back to you.

Payment Methods 💳

  • Credit / Debit Cards (all major cards accepted)

  • Sentoo (easy mobile payments for local & Caribbean customers)

  • PayPal (only available on request — contact me directly if this is your preferred option)

 

Shipping 📦

All orders are shipped via the Aruba Post Office. I visit the post office twice a month, so your order will be on its way within a few days to two weeks (depending on when you order).

I ship to the USA, Canada, the EU, and the ABC Islands without any problem.


Shipping to South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia is also possible — but delivery to these regions is at your own risk due to limited tracking and longer delivery times (sometimes up to 2 months).

 

 

Refunds Policy 🔄


I want you to be happy with your order. If your print arrives damaged or if there’s another issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to make it right.

If a replacement is needed, I’m happy to send a new print — I only ask that you cover the handling & shipping fee, since I’m a small art business and cannot cover those costs fully myself.
